LABORER

Company Overview: Rouse Masonry Inc. is a premier provider of high-end residential masonry services to the highest of general contractors and homeowners. RMI is seeking the best of the best working Laborers. This job requires an Ambitious, energetic, responsible, and motivated individual. Our company works TOGETHER, when one person does not work well with others on our projects, nothing works. We strive for continual improvement by coaching and teaching our members while also providing challenges for opportunities to grow.

 

Requirements:

  • Prefer a high school education or equivalent.
  • Prefer One to six years’ experience minimum in masonry work.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must have a clean driving record.
  • Must be able to comprehend plans.
  • Must be able to read a tape measure and perform layout.
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
  • Smoking is prohibited on all our projects.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Critical Thinking.
  • Carries out daily clean up and roll out in a timely manner.
  • Must mix mortar products for masons.
  • Must make cuts on materials for masons.
  • Must make sure Masons have EVERYTHING at their work stations at any given time.
  • Daily Time management on mixing quantities.
  • Tardiness to a minimum.
  • Learning the Hod Carriers daily tasks for improvement opportunities.
  • Must listen to hod carriers and masons.

HOD CARRIER

RMI is seeking the best of the best working hod carriers or mason tenders. This job requires an Ambitious, energetic, responsible, and motivated individual. Our company works TOGETHER, when one person does not work well with others on our projects, nothing works. We strive for continual improvement by coaching and teaching our members while also providing challenges for opportunities to grow.

  • Prefer a high school education or equivalent.
  • Prefer One to six years’ experience minimum in masonry work.

JOURNEYMAN MASON - BRICK, BLOCK, AND STONE MASON

Company Overview: Rouse Masonry Inc. is a premier provider of high-end residential masonry services to the highest of general contractors and homeowners. RMI is seeking the best of the best working foreman, and journeyman masons with at least 2-4 years’ experience in each of the following crafts: Brick, block, and stone. This job requires an Ambitious, energetic, responsible, and motivated individual. Our company works TOGETHER, when one person does not work well with others on our projects, nothing works. We strive for continual improvement by coaching and teaching our members while also providing challenges for opportunities to grow.

 

Requirements:

  • Prefer a high school education or equivalent.
  • Prefer six years’ experience minimum in masonry work.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must have a clean driving record.
  • Must be able to comprehend plans.
  • Must be able to read a tape measure and perform layout.
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
  • Smoking is prohibited on all our projects.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Job specific layout.
  • Daily sign in and sign out.
  • Daily roll out and clean up.
  • Completes work assigned and in a timely manner.
  • Checks employee coverages daily.
  • Understands the concepts and plans given to create the desired masonry installation.
  • Must be able to speak confidently and respectful to ALL customers.
  • Adheres to RMI rules and regulations.
